Terms and Conditions

1. Studio Hire

Rates: Studio hire is available at hourly, half-day, and full-day rates as listed on the website.

Minimum Booking: A 2-hour minimum applies.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation is received from The Atelier House.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required [in advance/upon confirmation/within 2 days prior to booking commencement]. Payment details will be provided upon booking approval.

Cancellations:

Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice: Full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund.

2. Studio Use & Conduct

The space must be left in the condition it was found.

You are responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, or furnishings.

No smoking or open flames allowed within the studio.

Any overtime will be charged at the hourly rate and rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.

3. The Library – Prop Hire

Items from the Library (chairs, backdrops, objects) are available for short-term hire.

All hired items must be returned in original condition.

Late returns may incur a daily late fee.

Breakages or damage will be invoiced at replacement cost or repair value.

Delivery/pick-up available upon request at an additional charge.

4. Object Sales

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

As many pieces are vintage, handmade, or found, imperfections are to be expected and celebrated.

Please choose carefully and reach out with any questions before purchase.

5. Custom Work & Enquiries

Bespoke projects are quoted individually based on time, materials, and creative scope.

A deposit may be required before commencement.

Custom work is non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, and design — is the property of Sharee Gray and The Atelier House and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
